Vintage Vits Ltd – Cancellation and Returns Policy

We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. You can cancel an order, request a replacement or exchange, or return a product for a full refund in line with this policy.

How to Initiate a Cancellation, Replacement, or Return

You may initiate a request by logging into your account with us online, emailing us at support@vintagevits.com, or contacting us directly via our customer service number 02032395507.


1. How Do I Seek an Exchange?

If you are not satisfied with the products delivered or have received any product in a damaged condition, you may request an exchange. Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. You may exchange your product for one of the same or higher value; additional delivery charges will apply for exchanges.

  • Exchange Requests: Subject to stock availability. If out of stock, you may either wait until the item is restocked or request a full refund.

2. How Do I Return a Product?

If you wish to return a product for any reason, including a change of mind, you may do so within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. You can also choose to return only part of your order if multiple products were ordered.

  • Preparing Returns: Please place products in the original packaging (if available) or wrap them securely. Include a copy of the dispatch note and return products to the following address:

Once we receive your return request, we will work on your resolution promptly. You may choose from the following options:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Full refund

3. How Do I Cancel an Order?

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order online before it is shipped. If payment has been received, the entire amount will be refunded.

  • After Dispatch (Not Delivered): If the product has been shipped but not delivered, you may cancel the order, and a refund will be processed once we receive the returned product.

  • After Delivery: If you have received the product but wish to cancel, please return it to the address listed above. Your refund will be processed upon receiving the returned items.

4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned products, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds typically take 14 business days from the time we receive the products.
  • Delivery Charge Refunds: Delivery charges will also be refunded if:
    • You received an incorrect product.
    • You received a damaged or defective product.
    • You are exercising your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations cooling-off period.

Note: All returns, replacements, and exchanges are subject to us receiving your request within 30 days of the original product delivery date.
